About Us
Rogers Beach Development is the predominant developer and builder of smaller style condominiums and townhomes in Clearwater Beach. Unlike the traditional "tower" style condominiums common throughout Pinellas County's beach communities, Rogers Beach Development focuses on waterfront lots that will accommodate small, 6-unit buildings as well as two and three lot assemblages that will accommodate larger, 20-unit buildings.
